The Quartier Bistro & Bar

Our emphasis is on quality ingredients, prepared simply and in a fast-paced world, taps into a nostalgic yearning for the sort of home cooking we don’t have time to make anymore. The bistro and bar is the one constant, a daily pleasure; a stopover amongst the lives of the busy and beautiful.

Thai-based Chef Henry Ekkachai is at the helm of the Kitchen, honing his skills in French cuisine since his early days in Sydney. After graduating from the French Culinary Institute, he has gained fame for his creative interpretation of classic French influence flavours with a modern twist.
